1. General
By using Tee Off Tidy services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality experience for all customers.
Tee Off Tidy reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Bookings
Detail Services
- All detailing services must be booked in advance.
- Bookings must be made no later than 6:00pm the day prior to your scheduled tee time.
- Same-day detailing requests are not available.
Standard Wash Services
- Standard wash services (e.g. Wash & Wax) may be available for walk-ins, subject to availability.
3. Deposits (Detail Services Only)
- All detail services require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made before 6:00pm, at least 2 days prior to your booking.
- If cancelled within this timeframe, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- If cancelled after this deadline, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Tee Off Tidy reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to weather or operational reasons.
5. Vehicle Condition & Liability
- Customers must ensure their vehicle is in a condition suitable for cleaning.
- Tee Off Tidy is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:
- Paint damage
- Scratches or dents
- Loose trims or parts
- Electrical faults
- Any concerns must be raised prior to service commencing.
6. Personal Belongings
- Customers are responsible for removing valuables from their vehicle.
- Tee Off Tidy is not liable for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
7. Service Limitations
While we take the utmost care, Tee Off Tidy cannot guarantee:
- Removal of all stains, marks, or odours
- Perfection on heavily soiled or neglected vehicles
Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles at our discretion.
8. Timing & Collection
- Vehicles must be dropped off in accordance with your booking.
- While we aim to complete services within your round, timing may vary depending on demand and conditions.
- Tee Off Tidy is not liable for any delays.
9. Weather Conditions
- Services may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled due to weather.
- Safety and quality always take priority.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Tee Off Tidy reserves the right to refuse service if:
- A vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable
- Conditions fall outside normal service scope
- A customer does not comply with these terms
11. Damage During Service
- In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by Tee Off Tidy, it must be reported immediately upon collection.
- Claims made after leaving the premises may not be accepted.

By booking or using Tee Off Tidy services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
